Our warehouse staff are trained to package your goods exactly according to the specifications we offer. Before shipping, all goods are thoroughly inspected and secured. We will inspect each and every one of the items before sending. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The expected delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Due to multiple parties which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we cannot effectively manage inventory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. It's possible that you may not receive your order once it's been placed.
Our policy runs for 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days since the purchase.
To be eligible for a refund the product must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
